Description:
	1 Overall Responsibilities The Community health worker will provide health and hygiene education and will also mobilize the community to utilize the medical facilities for illnesses and health related issues 2 Specific Role and Responsibilities • Responsible for organizing and conducting Health Education sessions with community • He/She will conduct health, hygiene and nutrition awareness sessions with male and female in the camps • He/She will discuss common health issues and will refer cases to medical team in camp health care center • He/She will provide a record and follow-up of women coming for ANC/PNC, expected deliveries, and vaccination schedules • Assisting in emergency response to disease outbreaks, as needed 3 SKILLS REQUIRED • Basic knowledge of public health education methods • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and maturity • Intermediate in science will be preferred 4 Qualification • FA/FSc • Fluency in Pushto • Experience in training others in small groups and individual counselling. • Willingness to travel within the community and meet with different groups.
